Cleaning Service Terms

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Aussie Build & Rise Professional Cleaning Services. They are intended as a general framework and should be confirmed and agreed before any service commences.

Service Scope

• Cleaning services are performed based on an agreed scope between the client and Aussie Build & Rise Professional Cleaning Services.
• Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
• Specific cleaning requirements should be communicated and confirmed prior to the service date.

Access & Site Conditions

• The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property or site.
• Any hazards (e.g. pets, hazardous materials, structural issues) should be disclosed before the service.
• We reserve the right to decline or pause cleaning if site conditions pose a safety risk.

Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on the agreed scope of work and the information provided by the client.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or quoting.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.
• Specific notice periods and any applicable fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements.
• Secure or remove valuable or fragile items where appropriate.
• Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.

Limitations

We take care in performing all cleaning services, but certain outcomes (e.g. removal of permanent stains or damage pre-existing our service) may not be achievable. We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the agreed scope.
